Lead Guitarist
Lead guitarist, Phil Bennink, brings his many years of musical experience to the stage with great guitar picking and even adds some vocals. Phil also builds many of the exquisite guitars that he performs with!

Bass guitarist, Heather Lee, comes from a very musical family and has been playing bass for most of her life. She's widely known for her solid playing and always keeps the groove going. Heather's husband, Dave Lee, is the "sound man" for the band. His technical know-how enhances the sound quality and listening experience.

Lead singer, Joanie Macholl, has been with the band since the beginning, but began her singing career almost by chance when she was "discovered" as a guest singer at a local gig. Joan brings a powerful voice and great stage presence that makes Crossroads a crowd favorite!

Drummer, Connie Daloia, has been playing drums his entire life. He enjoys playing a wide variety of music and brings high energy and a solid beat to our gigs!
